Tresnia
Berah
Tresnia joined the MaThRad team in February 2025 as a postdoctoral research assistant after being awarded her PhD in Statistics from Imperial College. Her thesis focused on stochastic branching processes, with a particular lens on duality backward forward of renewal equations and on the study of the asymptotic behaviour of surpercritical branching processes. Prior to a career break to raise her 5 children, Tresnia had a career in quantitative finance and management consulting. Tresnia is currently working with Andreas Kyprianou and Emma Horton on discretising the Jump SDE modelling the evolution of sequential proton tracks.
