Tristan is a Reader in numerical analysis at the University of Bath since 2019. Prior to that he was Associate Professor the University of Reading. His research interests include the design and implementation of rigorous numerical schemes for complex fluids problems. He leverages these in, amongst others, healthcare applications like external beam radiotherapy treatment planning with collaborators and stakeholders over various NHS trusts, medical physics laboratories and international industrial partners.
